Wu Style Tai Chi Short Form Refinements
In this class, students who have learned the Short Form will explore tai chi subjects such as circularity, bending and releasing, and the details of particular moves.
Circularity: This session you’ll focus on making your tai chi movements more circular. Circularity is a defining characteristic of tai chi movement, and one the keys to finding a sense of flow in the form.
Prerequisite: Completion of our Wu Style Short Form courses, or you must know the Wu Style Short Form as taught by Bruce Frantzis.
Class Times: (Eastern Time)
Wednesdays
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Thursdays
6:45 to 7:45 p.m.
The same material will be taught on Wednesday and Thursday of each week. You are welcome to come to either or both classes each week.
Dates: 7 weeks, May 3 to June 15.
