Would you like ideas about you can cultivate your chi, i.e. your life energy?
If so, we'll be glad to send you a "chi tip" via email every couple of weeks.
We offer two types of chi tips, "Everyday Chi Awareness" and "More Chi in Your Practice." You can choose to receive one or both. With both you’ll receive one chi tip a week.
Our “Everyday Chi Awareness” tips provide pointers on how you can better understand and cultivate your energy as you go about your everyday activities, from walking to sleeping to working to eating to watching tv.
Our “More Chi in Your Practice” tips provide ideas on how you can use any exercise to help you gain more chi, whether that’s qigong, tai chi, yoga, walking, running, swimming, pilates, cycling, etc.
